Who are we?
Hi, my name is Richard and together with my partner Joanne, we've launched the House of Yum Cha. A premium dumplings and Asian finger food wholesaler right here in Melbourne. We are a firm believer that good food brings people together. It is this simple love for food that prompted us to start HOYC! -
So, what makes us different?
Apart from making the juiciest dumplings you've ever seen - Our people and production processes are second to none. While the benefits of machine-made dumplings are there, our focus is solely on the quality of our dumplings. Intricate textures and designs can only be achieved by making these by hand. We also source most of our ingredients locally and believe in the power of employment. -
