Due to the perishable nature of our products and strict food safety requirements, we do not accept returns once goods have been delivered.
However, we are committed to ensuring the quality and consistency of our products. If you receive any items that are damaged, defective, or not in a usable condition due to a manufacturing issue, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
